SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING
Currently, we ship orders within the United States. We do not ship internationally for the moment. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. Please note that we cannot ship python merchandise to California.

We are happy to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping Fedex 2Day and Overnight delivery for all orders shipping within the United States for an additional cost. Orders placed after 1pm Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day.

Sclarandis currently offers:

Ground - cost: FREE
Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

2Day - cost: $20
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

Overnight - cost: $25
Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 1pm Eastern Time, pending availability and credit card verification.

Processing Time:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM Eastern Time will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 1PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).


Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Please note: a signature at delivery is required for all shipments.

RETURNS

We are confident you’ll love our shoes but in case you just need to return them, we offer easy and free returns.

We gladly accept returns on all full-priced items (items marked “final sale” are not eligible for returns) within 14 days from the time of delivery. Returns must include the original packaging such as tags, shoe box, and dust bags. Items must be completely unworn and the original packaging (including tags, shoe box, and dust bags) must be in new condition. Sclarandis reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our requirements.

If we are not able to accept the return, a refund will not be issued. Please note that refused returned items will not automatically be shipped back to you. Please kindly advise as soon as possible if you wish for the item to be sent back to you. Shipping charges may apply. Without instructions from you, the item will be either donated or disposed of.

If you have any doubt your return will be accepted, we kindly encourage you to reach out to us via email prior to shipping back the return, and to include pictures of the item. We can be reached at letschat@sclarandis.com.

Here is a tip: always try shoes on a carpeted and clean surface to avoid any sign of wear and scratches on the outsole.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original credit card that was used for payment or in the form of a gift card.

Request a Return or an Exchange:

To return an order, please email us at letschat@sclarandis.com. Please include your order number for reference along with your shipping address and any information you find relevant. We will email you shipping instruction and a Fedex ground packing slip.

We kindly ask that you do not ship back an item without prior authorization. In the event that your package gets lost, we would have not be able to process your refund or exchange.

To exchange an order, please return the item you would like to exchange by following the return process described above and place a new order for the desired item.
