What is a pre-order?

If you are like us, you love to get a sneak peak of what’s coming next and have the option to reserve what you really want, especially when you know our shoes are made in such small quantities. When you place a pre-order on Sclarandis, you purchase an item that will be shipped as soon as it becomes available (available shipping dates are as noted on our website).

How do I redeem a discount code or credit?

Just enter your coupon code at check out. If you need additional help, please send us an email at letschat@sclarandis.com, we are always happy to help a fellow shopper.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

How can I track the status of my order?

We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If standing by your front door until Fedex shows up is not an option, we invite you to visit fedex.com and enter the tracking number for your order to track your package.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship?

At the moment, we happily ship orders within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes at this time. Please note that we cannot ship python merchandise to California.

What shipping options are available?

We are happy to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping Fedex 2Day and Overnight delivery for all orders shipping within the United States for an additional cost. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?

We offer FREE return on all full price orders. We gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked “final sale”) within 14 days from the time of delivery. Returns must include the original packaging such as tags, shoe box, and dust bags. Items must be unworn. Sclarandis reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our requirements.

Here is a tip: always try shoes on a carpeted and clean surface to avoid any sign of wear and scratches on the outsole.

How can I return my order?

We are confident you’ll love our shoes but in case you just need to return them, we offer easy and free returns. Please visit www.sclarandis.com/returns/ and follow the instructions.

When will I receive a refund?

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original credit card that was used for payment or in the form of a gift card.

How can I exchange my purchase?

To exchange an order, please return the item you would like to exchange by following the return process described above and place a new order for the desired item.

WARRANTY
What is your warranty policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we stand by the quality of our products. Shoes purchased on sclarandis.com have a one year damage warranty. If you need any assistance, please contact us at letschat@sclarandis.com.

Did you notice small apparent imperfections on the leather of your shoes? Those are most likely a natural characteristic of our high quality materials and a reflection of the expert hands that made them.
